We are a community of 48 lot owners, established in 2004, that border on the Little River and Deep Creek. Some lots were established on the water while all have water access through the dock and the boat ramp on communal HOA property. The surrounding area is rural with easy access to amenities in Elizabeth City or Hertford. The area is widely known as an active waterway to the Albemarle Sound and has excellent fishing and boating opportunities.

Our homeowners association (HOA) is made up of community members who are willing to be elected to the HOA Board and/or serve as officers to the board for a period of time. The primary focus of the HOA is to maintain the the common areas and upkeep for the gazebo and the dock. Our secondary focus is to address concerns, needs or desires of residents in a way that maintains communication and quality of life for all members.
